Really blessed to bow my head in front of my gr8 Hanumanji... If possible,please eloborate the significance of Sindhoora Alankaram. Though I ve visited this temple many times, I have`nt seen directly this Alankaram... Jai hanuman:)
lord hanumanji once asked the significance of kumkum on the forehead [not near the eyebrows but near the vagidu on the forehead].matha seetha informed that for the sake of success of rama, kumkum is adorning the head. immediately hanumanji applied all the kumkum powder throughout his majestic body. when maathaji asked, he informed that success of lord ram should be very very big and bigger. this action shows the devotion of hanumanji on lord sriram. this is the significance of sendoora kaapu/alanakaram. skcark@yahoo.com thanjavur
Thx a lot for giving a clear picture of the significance of sindoora Alankaram ( to abc123 ).. The last Alankaram which I viewed directly was in January...ALANKARAM with Sugarcanes!!!!
Life should`nt be filled in with Desires but at times emotional entanglements or passions to work turn out to be a desire. Till now, I`ve surrended all such attributed to Anjaneyan and he has taken care of well!!!! By God`s grace... even now being in another cormer of the world...another country... aavalankaram is a great boon through which am able to pray at all Hanuman Alankarams and pray well!!!!!
